Cohort works wherever you are: in the Mac app, in any modern browser at my.cohort.bot , and on your phone.

Mac app

The Cohort Mac app gives you Cohort in its own window, with native notifications and a dock badge.

• Download it from cohort.bot/download . It runs on Macs with Apple silicon (M1 or later).
• Log in opens your browser to log in with your Creative Foresight account, then hands you back to the app.
• Updates install themselves.

Windows and Linux aren’t supported yet.

On your phone

Open my.cohort.bot  in your phone’s browser. On a phone, Cohort shows a bar along the bottom with Inbox, Home, Chat, and Tasks, and everything else under More.

To reach your agents from your phone’s own messaging apps, connect a channel. iMessage takes about a minute and needs nothing installed.
