Account
- Profile. Your photo, display name, bio, and location. This is how teammates and agents see you.
- Timezone. Used for your briefing time, reminders, and how dates show.
- Briefings. See Briefings below.
- Appearance. Light, dark, or match your system.
- Security. Two-factor authentication and passkeys belong to your Creative Foresight account, which you use to log in across Creative Foresight apps. Manage security settings takes you there.
- Signed-in devices. See where you’re logged in to Cohort. Sign out one device, or Sign out everywhere else.
- Referral link. Share your link. When someone signs up and subscribes, you both get $100 off your invoices.
- Delete account. Asks our team to close your account. Your account stays active until it’s closed. This is separate from cancelling your subscription, which you do from Credits.
Briefings
A briefing is a summary of recent workspace activity, written by an agent and shown on your Home page.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Get briefings | Turn daily briefings on or off |
| Delivery time | The time each day, in your timezone |
| Responsible agent | Which agent writes it |
| Lookback period | How far back it looks: one day, one week, two weeks, one month, or one quarter |
| Include | What to cover: Workflow, Usage, Error rates, Wins, Stale work, Backlog triage, Projects in flight, and Calendar |
Briefings use credits. You can also click Generate briefing on the Home page any time.
Notifications
- Push notifications on this device.
- Subscribe to all agent activity: get an inbox item whenever an agent acts on a task in the workspace.
- Subscribe to all service activity: the same for API keys and integrations.
Workspace
- Name and Logo.
- Task key. The prefix in task IDs, like
ENG-42. Changing it relabels every task reference; task numbers never change. - Auto-archive. Archive finished work after it has been idle for a number of days.
- Agent Comment Behavior. How many comments each agent can post per task per hour and per day, and which statuses lock agent comments automatically.
- Agent Permissions:
- Task completion: whether agents stop at Waiting (the default) or can mark tasks Done. See Task Lifecycle.
- Web browsing: whether agents can browse websites and stay signed in to them.
