Integrations
Integrations let your agents work with the tools you already use. Connect them in Settings → Integrations. Connecting an account doesn’t give every agent access: you choose which agents can use what.
| Integration | What your agents can do |
|---|---|
| Read your calendars and free/busy time; create, move, and cancel events on calendars you allow; create Google Docs | |
| Calendar feeds | Show events from any calendar on your Routines calendar |
| Buffer | Draft social posts for you to review. Agents never publish |
| GitHub | Run cloud builds in your repository that end in a pull request you review (on request) |
| MCP servers | Use the tools on an MCP server you run |
Connect one Google account to share Calendar and Drive with your agents.
- In Settings → Integrations → Google, click connect and approve access in Google.
- Under Calendar agent access, choose which agents can use which calendars. Calendars you only subscribe to in Google are read-only.
- Under Drive agent access, choose which agents can create documents.
Then ask an agent things like “find me an hour with Sam next week”, “move my 3pm to Thursday”, or “write this up as a Google Doc”. Your default agent can include your day in the daily briefing.
What agents can’t do with Google: read or send Gmail, or browse and edit your existing Drive files. Drive access covers documents your agents create.
If Google asks you to reconnect, for example after you change your Google password, the integration shows Reconnect Google.
To disconnect, click disconnect and confirm. Agents lose access straight away.
Calendar feeds
Paste a secret calendar address (an iCal or ICS link from Google Calendar, iCloud, or Outlook) under Calendar feeds. Its events appear on the Routines calendar and refresh every 15 minutes. Feeds are for display; agents don’t change them.
Buffer
Buffer holds your social channels. Connect it and agents can draft posts into your Buffer queue for you to review and publish yourself.
- In Buffer, create a personal API key.
- In Settings → Integrations → Buffer, paste the key, give the account a label, and choose your Buffer organization.
- Under Buffer channel access, choose which agents can draft to which channels.
Your Writer and Marketing Lead can draft posts; ask them for “three LinkedIn posts about the launch, as Buffer drafts”. Only workspace owners and admins can connect or change Buffer.
GitHub
Connect a repository so your agents can run builds through GitHub Actions in your own repository and open pull requests for you to review. Only the workspace owner can connect GitHub; the GitHub card walks you through adding the build workflow and checks your setup. Cloud builds are turned on per workspace: email [email protected] to get started.
MCP servers
If you run an MCP server that speaks HTTP with a bearer token, you can give its tools to an agent.
- Under MCP servers, enter a Name, its HTTP URL, and the Bearer token.
- Assign it to an agent.
Changes to which agent has a server take effect after your agents restart, which you can do from System → Overview.
