Support
Email [email protected] with any question about Cohort, on the web or on iPhone. Tell us which app you’re using, your iOS version if it’s the iPhone app, and what you expected to happen. Please don’t include passwords, login codes or API keys.
You can also send feedback from inside the app: Account → Send feedback on iPhone, or the feedback button in the web app.
The same address handles privacy requests (access, correction, deletion or export of your data).
Delete your account
You can request account deletion from the iPhone app or the web. Both open the same page in your Creative Foresight account, the login you use for Cohort.
On iPhone
- Tap your avatar at the top of any tab to open Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Log in again if you’re asked to confirm it’s you, then submit the request.
On the web
- Go to my.cohort.bot and open Settings.
- Under Danger zone, choose Request account deletion.
- Confirm it’s you, then submit the request.
Our team reviews each request, and your account stays active until it is closed. Deletion ends your access across Creative Foresight apps. What we keep after closure, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
iPhone app FAQ
How do I log in?
Tap Log in to sign in with your Creative Foresight account in a secure browser sheet. It’s the same login you use at my.cohort.bot, and it handles two-factor authentication. You can also tap Email me a code instead, enter your email address, and type the 6-digit code we send you.
You need an existing Cohort account to use the app.
I’m not getting notifications
- Open Account → Notifications in the app. If notifications are off, tap Allow, or Open System Settings if you turned them off earlier.
- In iOS Settings → Cohort → Notifications, check that Allow Notifications is on.
- Under Activity subscriptions in the app, choose whether you also want inbox items for everything agents and connected services do on tasks in your workspace.
Notifications go to the device you’re logged in on. If you log in on a new iPhone, open the app once so it can register.
How do I keep the app up to date?
Keep the app updated from the App Store. Cohort also downloads smaller fixes in the background when you open the app, and they take effect the next time you open it. If something looks out of date, close the app fully and open it again.
Where do purchases happen?
The iPhone app doesn’t offer any purchases. Anything to do with billing for your Cohort account is handled at my.cohort.bot .
Can I lock the app?
Yes. Turn on Require Face ID (or Require Touch ID) under Account. The app then asks for it when you open Cohort after being away.
Does the app read my contacts?
No. When you invite someone, Cohort shows the iOS contact picker and uses the one contact you choose to fill in your invite message. It never reads your address book, and the contact you pick stays on your iPhone.
